The annual Sarcoma Stomp 5K Run and 3K Walk is the signature fundraiser of the Paula Takacs Foundation for Sarcoma Research. The mission of the Foundation is to raise funds that will directly benefit the fight to end sarcoma. By supporting local, innovative research , the foundation opens a pathway for scientist and other research professionals to develop and offer cutting edge treatment options to more sarcoma sufferers, thus helping to expand the global hope for cures.
Thank you for joining us in this effort to improve lives and outcomes through participating in this fun and festive event! Monies raised from this fundraiser stay in our community, benefiting Levine Cancer Institute, helping to fund LCI’s sarcoma clinical trials and other sarcoma research projects.

Ways to Participate: 5K Run | 3K Walk | Cheering Crew | Virtual Stomper (New!)
The 5K Run will take participants on a scenic, rolling course through the beautiful neighborhoods of Mammoth Oaks and Lansdowne. The 3K Walk is perfect for a more casual stroll for young families, for catching up on the latest gossip with your BFF, and showing off your creative team shirts and costumes to our spectators! This walk will take participants through the Mammoth Oaks neighborhood.
Can’t participate in the 5K Run or 3K Walk but would still like to come out and support the event? Register for the Cheering Crew, pick up your Sarcoma Stomp shirt, and make some noise for the on-course participants! Enjoy the refreshments and stroll our fabulous event site!
NEW THIS YEAR: VIRTUAL STOMPERS! Live out of town? Local but just can’t make it to the Sarcoma Stomp? Still want to support sarcoma research and get a shirt mailed to your doorstep? Then this option is for you! (Remember, if you will be coming to the Sarcoma Stomp please register as Cheering Crew, not a Virtual Stomper. Virtual Stompers are those supporters who will not be attending the Sarcoma Stomp.)
